Sally’s is committed to delivering high quality, great tasting cereals. You can try our cereals with confidence knowing that we stand behind what we produce. Our commitment to you and your family means you can count on us for a better breakfast. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we want the opportunity to make things right. Please follow the instructions below to obtain a refund on your Sally’s purchase.
Here is what you need to do:
1. Simply cut out the “Best Before Date” and the “Proof of Purchase” from the cereal bag:
– The “Best Before Date” is located on the bottom of the back of the packaging
– The “Proof of Purchase” is the UPC code found on the back of the packaging
2. Mail the “Best Before Date” and “Proof of Purchase”, with postage paid, along with:
– Your full name
– Your mailing address
– The reason for your dissatisfaction
– The price you paid for the cereal, including tax, to:

We will process the return and mail you a cheque for the amount paid within 4-6 weeks. The amount will be reimbursed in USD equivalent value based on the foreign exchange rate at the time the cheque is issued.
Please note that there is a limit of one reimbursement per variety per household. We have the right to confirm prices paid against market data and reimburse an amount that is consistent with such data. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or garbled requests or refunds.
We reserve the right to revise these guarantee terms and conditions at any time without notice.
